About This Part

The MINI F60 dashboard is a more conventional SUV-oriented design than the classic MINI R-series, with a larger display screen integrated into the fascia and a more upright instrument cluster. The F60 introduces ambient interior lighting integrated into the dashboard trim strips as standard on most specification levels.

The F60 dashboard is available in several trim finishes — Piano Black, Metal Mesh, Carbon Black, and various MINI Yours customisation options. Matching the existing trim finish when sourcing a replacement is important; mismatched finishes are immediately noticeable against other interior panels.

Each dashboard is inspected for trim clip integrity, vent operation, ambient lighting strip function, and the absence of sun-induced cracking or warping. The F60's dashboard is generally more resistant to UV cracking than older MINI generations, but high-sun-exposure cars can still show surface deterioration.
