2011–2024 · R60 & F60 Countryman · Lebanon
The MINI Countryman front seat is a larger-dimension seat than the equivalent R56 or F56 hatchback seat — the Countryman's wider body allows for a broader seat cushion and more lateral space. The mounting rail track length is also longer, giving more fore-aft travel range.
R60 Countryman seats use a manual slide and recline mechanism as standard, with electric adjustment and seat heating as options on Cooper S and above trim levels. The F60 extended the electric adjustment as standard on higher trims, and added lumbar support as an option.
Each seat is inspected for cushion foam firmness (bolsters and base), slide mechanism smoothness (full travel range), recline lock engagement, and leather/cloth surface condition. Heated seats are electrically tested for element continuity.
