About This Part
The JCW sport steering wheel is distinguished by its Alcantara centre panel inserts, red contrast stitching at 12 o'clock and the seam, and a thicker rim diameter compared to the standard leather wheel. The increased grip diameter is intentional — it gives more feedback feel and better grip during performance driving.
The JCW wheel is a multi-function unit with spoke controls — audio, phone, and cruise control buttons are integrated. On F56 JCW variants, the wheel can also be paired with fixed paddle shifters on the column. The JCW badge sits at 12 o'clock on the spokes.
Alcantara is a high-wear material that shows use at the 9 and 3 o'clock positions over time. We inspect the Alcantara surface carefully and only list wheels where the Alcantara remains in excellent condition without worn or shiny patches.
